Larry Finn - injury law - our attorneys

Larry Finn – Injury Lawyer

Larry E. Finn joined Parrish DeVaughn in 2017. He is a seasoned litigator and has argued in both state and federal courts, including the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Oklahoma Supreme Court. Larry has also argued in state district courts all across Oklahoma regarding civil, probate, and land use matters. His passion is arguing his cases before a jury because, at the end of the day, they are the ones deciding the case. In his most recent jury trial, Larry argued that the government’s determination of just compensation of $450,000.00 was not just compensation and, after taking the case to jury trial, received over $1,000,000.00 for his client.

Prior to joining the firm, Larry worked as a licensed legal intern on civil, family, and criminal cases, including civil litigation, criminal defense, bad faith insurance claims, employment discrimination, and product liability. Before attending law school, Larry was a certified paralegal at a firm handling plaintiff’s cases and employment class actions. In his spare time, he does computer programming and scripting in several languages including JavaScript, AutoIt, C++, and Objective-C.

Larry is a native of Arkansas and is married to Amanda Finn. They have three exceptionally ornery boys, Ethan, age 6; Archer, age 4; and McKenna, age 4 months. During college, he worked on the set of “Chrystal” (2004) starring Billy Bob Thornton.

Barrett Ford Fuller - Injury Lawyer - our attorneysBarrett Ford Fuller – Injury Lawyer

My name is Barrett Fuller and I am an associate attorney here at Parrish DeVaughn. Born and raised in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, I have lived in this great state my entire life and I am a proud Putnam City North High School alumnus. After receiving my Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Oklahoma State University in 2009, I went on to receive my Juris Doctor at Oklahoma City University School of Law.

I am passionate about upholding the rights of those who have been injured as a result of the negligence of others. It is my goal to provide clients with the attention and communication they deserve while doing everything I can to ensure they are compensated for their injuries.

When I am not in the office, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, attending Oklahoma State sporting events, hanging with my dog Hooch, and watching Russell Westbrook dunk on opponents.

Cody Gayer – Injury LawyerCody Gayer - injury attorney - our attorneys

Born and raised in Western Oklahoma, Cody has strong ties to the State and takes pride in fighting for the rights of his fellow Oklahomans. Since the beginning of 2011, Cody has diligently fought for his clients in both small and complex medical malpractice and general litigation cases. In 2017, Cody was selected by Super Lawyers to receive their “rising star” award.  Additionally, Cody has won cases at all levels of appeal at the state and 10th Circuit Court of Appeals.  He brings to our firm a wealth of both pre-trial and trial experience. Away from the office, you’re likely to find Cody at a crossfit gym or at a racetrack on one of his superbikes or supermoto race bikes.

Mason Johnston - injury law - our attorneys

Mason Johnston – Injury Lawyer

My name is Mason Johnston and I am an Injury Attorney with Parrish DeVaughn.  I am originally from South Arkansas and attended the University of Arkansas (Go Hogs!) before moving to Oklahoma to attend law school.  I earned my Juris Doctorate from the Oklahoma City University School of Law and was admitted to practice in 2013. My wife and I have since made Oklahoma City our home. I am devoted to my faith and my family. I am a fairly new father and we are expecting our second baby, a boy, this spring. I grew up hunting and fishing in the Ouachita Mountains and the great outdoors continue to provide a sense of fulfillment and adventure that I feel cannot be replicated elsewhere.

My passion to help injured people began when I was young and my family experienced a hardship that required us to hire an attorney.  Since that moment, I knew I wanted to use my God-given abilities to help families and individuals navigate the legal process. I’ve learned that common sense, compassion, and diligence can take you a long way. I look forward to every day knowing that I can make a difference—however small—in someone’s life or circumstances.

I have a passion to pursue justice for people who have been injured by the negligence of others. I work hard to get clients the compensation they deserve, and to ensure communication is always a priority throughout the process.
