Morgan Burch is a personal injury lawyer at Parrish DeVaughn Injury Lawyers. She’s originally from Marlow, Oklahoma, and received her undergraduate degree from the University of Oklahoma and her Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University School of Law, where she made the Dean’s List and was a Merit Scholar.
Before joining Parrish DeVaughn Injury Lawyers in 2019, Morgan spent part of her career working in insurance defense, where she represented insurance companies and employers in workers’ compensation and medical malpractice. That experience gave her valuable insight into how insurance companies evaluate cases, investigate claims, and develop defense strategies.
Morgan understands the tactics often used by the defense side to undervalue claims, assess risk, and approach litigation. She now uses that knowledge to anticipate challenges, build stronger cases, and advocate more effectively for her clients, helping them pursue the full and fair compensation they deserve. She is committed to providing each client with personalized attention, compassion, and strong advocacy throughout every stage of their case.
