The mission of the Parrish DeVaughn Injury Lawyers is to serve the people of Oklahoma. For us, service goes beyond fighting for the rights of our clients and winning cases. Here are some of the ways the Parrish DeVaughn Injury Lawyers are helping our community and Paying It Forward.
Parrish DeVaughn is Helping Make Promises Happen
Parrish DeVaughn went out to Guthrie, OK on May 15th and 16th as a gold sponsor of a weekend of races hosted by the Oklahoma Cross Country Racing Association (OCCRA), a motorcycle and ATV racing club. The proceeds from the weekend’s events, which also featured a poker run, went to support Make Promises Happen, a local program dedicated to providing outdoor recreational opportunities for individuals with special needs.
Parrish DeVaughn Supports Oklahoma Bikers
If you were one of the over 200 bikers in Watonga, OK on May 7th and 8th for the First Annual Watonga Bikes & BBQ Rally, you may have spotted us there! As a silver level sponsor, we were thrilled to help treat Oklahoma motorcyclists to an exciting weekend of live entertainment, amazing barbecue, and plenty of motorcycle games.
Bikers who stopped by our table could pick up some free motorcycle swag and t-shirts, or enter to win a motorcycle-themed gift basket as well as a motorcycle helmet signed by Paul Teutul Sr.! Learn more about the rally in our segment on Living Oklahoma’s Shoutouts & Talkers.
Pepper & Pets
April 1 to April 30, 2021
Throughout April, Parrish DeVaughn is partnering with Pets & People, a Yukon, OK non-profit animal protection organization that rescues animals from kill shelters. Each week in April, we’ll be featuring a dog in need of a home.
We have seen the impact and the joy that pets bring to families, and we want to be able to give that opportunity to other families. Make sure you follow us on Facebook so you can meet the furry friends we’ll be featuring. You can also learn more about our Pepper & Pets initiative by checking out our segment on Living Oklahoma’s Shoutouts & Talkers.
Pepper & Pets – Gambit
"Meet Gambit! This sweet boy is a year old blue merle Catahoula/Leopard Dog mix. This guy is so sweet, but he needs a very patient adopter. Gambit needs a family that understands that he will need time to adjust to a new home. He will be a wonderful, loyal companion after he trusts you. Gambit's foster mom says this about him, "Gambit is literally the perfect size dog. He loves to cuddle and is so loving. He socializes well with other dogs, and he is people-friendly. He is crate-trained and house-trained. He would do best in a home with a tall fence because he can climb and get out." Gambit is such a sweet boy, let's help find him his forever family!"

Pepper & Pets – Sam
“Meet Sam! When Sam’s owner passed, he was taken to a kill shelter. Thankfully, Pets & People came to his rescue. Sam is now looking for a good family to adopt him. Sam is a Labrador Retriever & Spaniel Mix. He is about 5 years young, and his foster mom says he is house trained, and crate trained. He would do well in a home with other dogs and kids. He is medium sized (about 45 lbs), friendly and outgoing, and just a good boy with a big heart. Let’s help Sam find his forever home!”
Pepper & Pets – Luna
“Luna is a young female Shepherd/Australian Shepherd mix. She was surrendered by her family because they could no longer care for her. She is a little shy when first meeting new people, but will quickly warm up to you. She is about 10 months old and absolutely loves to play with other dogs. She would do great in a home with kids 8 and up ( little ones might scare her), or a home with another playful pooch. She is a medium sized girl weighing about 45 lbs. She is crate trained and walks nicely on a leash!”
