My passion has always been helping others and making people happy. I find that being a Case Manager allows me to do both. I attended Oklahoma State University and soon after began working in the medical field. I can apply my knowledge, experience, and skills from the medical field to help my clients and to pursue my passion.

Emily Phillips – Case Manager
Even at a young age, I had hoped for and sought after a life in which I could help others and curate positivity for those in need. After graduating from Oklahoma State University in Fire Protection and Safety, I set out with the tools and intentions to protect the wellness of others. I would not have guessed my career path would place me in Injury Law, but I’m glad it did. At Parrish DeVaughn Law Firm, I get to meet those truly in need of help, and be an aide to their recovery.

I love dogs, jokes, the Thunder, and I LOVE being a part of the Parrish DeVaughn team! We work hard for clients, and we care about their total health and well-being. Kaysone Keopine – Case Manager
I was born in Laos, raised in Garden City, and have lived majority of my life in St. Louis where I pursed a Business Management degree from St. Louis University. After graduation, I expected to travel around the states in a renovated school bus with my close friends selling new business ideas for income. While there are a lot more kinks to be worked out, Oklahoma marks the first state in this journey of mine. As a Resource Manager at Parrish DeVaughn, I am challenged to think outside the box when working on each client’s unique situation. After a day at the office, I like to work out with my dog, attempt to recreate my mom’s homemade recipes, and play a round of golf whenever possible.
Grecia Gramajo – Case Manager
I love helping people! When I am not doing that, I like to bake, drink tea, and train for boxing. I give everything I do 100 percent, from training to my job. Our clients deserve nothing but the best and that is what we bring to the table.

Tara Beda – Intake Specialist
Originally from Chicago, I have always been drawn to helping people in any way that I can. When I moved to Oklahoma, I began pursuing my degree in Nursing, while also working as an Intake Specialist here at the firm. This gives me the chance to help those in need, and help figure out what kind of injuries have been sustained and how it affects each case. My biggest love for this job is having that first initial conversation with each client because it allows me to create a strong connection to each person, and makes it all worth it in the end. During my free time, I like to cook, dance, do yoga, and spend quality time with my puppy!
Meg Mitchell – Team Lead – Resource Manager
I graduated from Oklahoma State University in 2012 with a Bachelor’s degree in Studio Art and have been with this firm since 2014. As a Resource Manager I feel that I am able to help people in my community dealing with unexpected hardships. On weekends you might find me at the Grease Trap Gallery, a local art gallery providing funding for the Oklahoma City Boys and Girls Club art program by allowing local artists to give back to their community, while showcasing their work in a unique space. I also enjoy spending time with my creative friends and adorable dog, Frank.
Sydney Jackson – Executive Assistant
After graduating from the University of Central Oklahoma in 2015, I knew I wanted to work somewhere where I could help people but didn’t know exactly how that was going to unfold. I worked for a year and a half in specialty coffee and then discovered Parrish DeVaughn. I look forward to coming to work and assisting the team and clients here as much as possible. When I’m not at work, I love finding a nice coffee shop to read at, being outside, and hanging out with family and friends.
