Sydney Jackson – Firm Administrator
After graduating from the University of Central Oklahoma in 2015, I worked for a year and a half in specialty coffee and then discovered Parrish DeVaughn. I look forward to coming to work every day and assisting the team and clients here as much as possible. When I’m not at work, I love finding a nice coffee shop to read at, being outside, and hanging out with family and friends.
Meagan Crockett-Edsall – Director of Intake and Marketing
Originally from Fremont, California, I moved to Oklahoma City for my husband in 2012 where I also finished my master’s degree in criminology at Oklahoma City University. I have been working with civil plaintiff attorneys for five years, and I recently finished my last year of law school at OCU Law and Pepperdine Law.
At Parrish DeVaughn, I get to work with my team to help new clients through difficult times. I love being a part of the Parrish DeVaughn family! On my down time, I love to travel with my husband, teach dance, and rescue animals.
Tara Beda – Intake Specialist
Originally from Chicago, I have always been drawn to helping people in any way that I can. When I moved to Oklahoma, I began pursuing my degree in nursing, while also working as an intake specialist here at the firm. This gives me the chance to help those in need, and help figure out what kind of injuries have been sustained and how it affects each case.
What I love most about this job is having that initial conversation with each client because it allows me to create a strong connection to each person, and makes it all worth it in the end. During my free time, I like to spend time cuddling with my two dogs, dancing like EVERYONE is watching, painting, and winding down with some good yoga.
Sarah Benkley – Intake Specialist
A Western Oklahoma native, I moved to Oklahoma City in 2017.I’ve always had a desire to helpand care for others, and I was able to do that for 13 years in the medical field.After experiencing a personal injury, I decided it was time to pursue my dream of a law degree, and I am now in my final year at OCU School of Law.
At Parrish DeVaughn, I am able to combine my legal education, healthcare knowledge, and my personal experience as a former client of the firm to help new and current clients navigate through hard times.When I’m not at work or school, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, the great outdoors, traveling, concerts, and Sooner football.
Cheyenne Harvey – Intake Specialist
Oklahoma born and raised. I graduated from Oklahoma City Community College with an Associates degree in Biology and in Diversified Studies. I am looking to further my education and hopefully get a degree in Radiation Therapy. In my free time, I like to relieve stress by playing video games. At Parrish DeVaughn, I enjoy getting the opportunity to speak with new and current clients every day!
Justin Payne – Intake Specialist
I was born and raised in Mesa, Arizona. I moved to OKC in December 2017. I am used to working construction, but now work at Parrish Devaughn. My main hobby would be riding motocross. Family will always be a huge part of my life!
Bryson Silk – Intake Specialist
I was born and raised in Edmond, Oklahoma. I graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma with a degree in Political Science & Governmental Affairs. Joining Parrish DeVaughn allows me the opportunity to work with an incredible team while simultaneously helping our clients. I look forward to helping those in need and ensuring Oklahomans are taken care of. When I am not at work, you can find me enjoying a nice cup of coffee while reading or studying.
Lauren Gibbs – Client Relations Specialist
I graduated in 2018 from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Arts in history. Additionally, I was a track and field student-athlete at OU. After graduating, I started my journey to practice law. I found Parrish DeVaughn along the way and it instantly felt like home. I have always had a passion for helping others, and at Parrish DeVaughn, I get to do that every day. When I am not at work, you can find me running the streets of Norman or catching a movie at the Warren.
Meg Mitchell – Resource Manager Team Lead
I graduated from Oklahoma State University in 2012 with a bachelor’s degree in studio art and have been with Parrish DeVaughn since 2014. As a resource manager, I feel that I am able to help people in my community dealing with unexpected hardships. On weekends you might find me at the Grease Trap Gallery. I also enjoy spending time with my creative friends and adorable dog, Frank.
Francisco Arvizo – Resource Manager
I graduated from St. Gregory’s University with a bachelor’s degree in business management. I have always had a passion for helping others and putting smiles on people’s faces. I get to do that every day here at Parrish DeVaughn. When I am not at work, you can catch me playing Sunday league soccer or pickup basketball with my friends.
Elizabeth Nguyen – Resource Manager
I graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a degree in psychology and a special interest in psychobiology. I’ve always enjoyed listening to and understanding others. When I’m not working, I enjoy cooking for friends and family, playing tennis, and spending quality time with my dog, Suki.
Alexi Eisner – Pre-LIT Case Manager Team Lead
My passion has always been helping others and making people happy. I find that being a case manager allows me to do both. I attended Oklahoma State University and soon after began working in the medical field. I can apply my knowledge, experience, and skills from the medical field to help my clients and to pursue my passion.
Michael Garcia – Case Manager
I left the safety of my hometown, San Antonio, when I was 17. I wanted to see the world – so I moved to Italy where I studied Italian, classical art, and history. From there I moved around a bit while looking for a place to call my own. I settled on Oklahoma City just a few years ago. I’m looking forward to seeing what I can do here! Working as a case manager at Parrish DeVaughn lends well to my interests, as I love solving puzzles and collecting riddles in my spare time. Reading is my favorite hobby, and it’s cheaper than a trip to Italy.
Ryan Hayden-Young – Pre-LIT Case Manager
I was born and raised in Oklahoma. I’ve worked in oil and gas, retail, and law. By far my favorite area has been working in a law firm. I graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma in 2015 with a bachelor’s degree in communication and leadership, and I knew that working toward my master’s degree was the next goal. Since starting at Parrish DeVaughn, I have madethe decision to leave my master’s program and start pursuing my Juris Doctor so I can represent those who can’t always afford representation. When I’m not studying for the LSAT, I love to hang out with my husband and our three dogs, Ellie, Finn, and Charlie
Rodney Hester – Pre-LIT Case Manager
Originally from Arlington, Texas, I moved to Oklahoma City to join Parrish DeVaughn in serving the needs of others in OKC and the surrounding areas. In my free time I enjoy photography, watching films, and doing anything where I can create.
Josh Lathe – Case Manager
I love dogs, jokes, the Thunder, and I LOVE being a part of the Parrish DeVaughn team! We work hard for clients, and we care about their total health and well-being. I have never been around so many driven, smart, and compassionate people. I know we will be there for our clients because we’re always there for each other.
Alie Keogh – Litigation Case Manager Team Lead
Originally from a small town in Texas, I graduated from St. Gregory’s University with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. Having a background in psychology has allowed me to better understand my clients and the troubles they are facing. Working as a case manager at Parrish DeVaughn has given me the opportunity to help those who are in need, which is the most rewarding part of my job. In my free time I enjoy art, reading, exercising, and spending time with my family.
Marjon Creel – Workers’ Compensation Case Manager
I grew up in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and received my law degree from West Virginia University in 2018. I find joy in helping others get through a difficult time. I enjoy hanging out with family and friends and playing fetch with my purebred giant Schnauzer, Harper.
Stormi Flowers – Case Manager
I was born and raised in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia and recently moved to Oklahoma for some adventures and to be with family. I enjoy that I am able to help our clients through difficult times. When I’m not working, you can find me in the middle of nowhere looking for swimming holes.
Allison Keeley – Litigation Case Manager
Born and raised in Oklahoma. I graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2016 with a bachelor’s degree in Spanish. I find that I thrive when I am able to help others through hard times. I enjoy cooking, learning about other cultures, and hanging out with my two cats, Aspen and Gene.
Tanieka King – Workers’ Compensation Case Manager
My background in pharmacy and customer service has allowed me to be empathetic to all situations, and also showed me that it is imperative to have someone on your side to let you know everything will be alright. I have found my niche here at Parrish DeVaughn! Joining an awesome team that has exceptional values gives me the opportunity to explore my passion, and to help others! When I am not trying to save the world, I have smaller tasks that include cooking, music, and traveling with my three awesome kids!
Jay Moore – Workers’ Compensation Case Manager
I graduated from Oklahoma State University in 2019 with a B.S. in Microbiology, Cell, and Molecular Biology with a double major in Philosophy. During my collegiate career, I worked extensively advocating for the LGBTQ community and knew I wanted to continue advocacy work. As a worker’s compensation case manager, I will work hard for clients to make sure they get the justice, attention, and empathy they deserve. When I’m not working, I like to bike, watch comedy specials, and spend time with animals.
Janay Pyle – Pre-LIT Case Manager
I am a graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma, with a degree in political science. I worked in corporate law before Parrish DeVaughn, and now I have found my niche in personal injury. Helping my clients through difficult times is what I find most rewarding about my job. I love working with such a great team. When not at work, I enjoy shopping and spending time with my family and friends.
Leslie Strickler – Workers’ Compensation
With over 20 years of experience as a Workers Compensation case manager, I believe that my up front approach with each client has lead me to be successful in this field. My goal in each case is to provide the best medical treatment and maximize benefits. I consider it a privilege to walk beside each client providing them with comfort and guidance during a time where they feel they are in a never ending battle. Happily married and a mother of two, I enjoy spending time with my family whether it be at our lake house or taking my kids to the movies.
Kent McConaghie – Investigator
I have a background in law enforcement, investigations, and corporate security. This allows me to bring many years of experience and knowledge in dealing with personal injury and accidents as well as being familiar with and understanding reports. I feel very fortunate to work with such a talented group of attorneys and staff. In my free time, I enjoy spending time in the great outdoors.
Jackson Beaman – Student Clerk
Raised in Yukon, I’m currently living in Washington and am set to graduate from Gonzaga University in 2021 with a degree in journalism. I love asking people questions and learning more about others and how they live. I’m glad that at Parrish DeVaughn I get to do that every day. In my spare time I like to work out and read. I also like snowboarding, but that isn’t really an option around here.

Raised in Northwest Oklahoma City, I am currently a senior at the University of Oklahoma and pursuing my degree in journalism. My inspiration comes from the idea that everyone has a storyto tell and I want to help them tell it. Set to graduate in December of this year, I am hoping to pursue a degree in law next year.

I am currently a senior at the University of Oklahoma studying environmental design and architecture. My passion to make a positive impact in our state motivates me every day. Helpingour community and giving back is core to both my identity and the identity of Parrish DeVaughn. When I have free time, I enjoy supporting local businesses and viewing art with close friends.
