Don't waste your time. First they tell you they will take the case then they send to another firm because of the location where injury occurred and the other firm declines it because of location. Just a big run around. Way to treat your customers. Maybe you should put that on your commercials.

My brother used this lawyer 2 years ago he passed away also 2 years ago I feel this law office did not fight for him after his death I belive the car accident contributed to his death the false advertisement. made him belive he was going to get a lot of money that wasn't the case for him for me this all a game for attorneys and insurance companies play unless you have kids a house and good credit a good job meaning loss wages you won't get much at all this is just my opinion all the lawyers who advertise should state that but thay doint so do your homework and stay away from anyone saying thay will get you a million dollars in a settlement. I sustained a serious work-related injury involving the laceration of three tendons in my right foot. As a result of this injury, I was unable to work for approximately two years and was ultimately unable to return to my previous level of employment and earning capacity.Prior to my injury, I was earning approximately $75,000 per year. Following my injury and the resulting permanent limitations, my earning capacity was reduced dramatically, and I have subsequently earned approximately $8,000 per year.Throughout the workers’ compensation process, I repeatedly asked my attorney to explain the potential value of my claim and what benefits I could reasonably expect to receive. Despite repeatedly requesting this information, I did not receive a clear explanation of the potential value of my claim or the basis upon which my case was being evaluated.I was also repeatedly advised that workers’ compensation could provide vocational rehabilitation or retraining when an injured worker could no longer return to his previous employment. Oklahoma law provides for vocational rehabilitation services, including vocational evaluation, retraining, and job-placement services, when appropriate to assist an injured employee in returning to gainful employment. The law also provides mechanisms through which vocational rehabilitation may be ordered and paid for by the employer or insurance carrier. (Oklahoma Legislature)Despite my inability to return to my previous occupation and the substantial reduction in my earning capacity, I was not provided with the retraining or vocational rehabilitation assistance that I understood I was entitled to receive.I also had to personally pursue and obtain medical records that I believed were necessary for the handling of my claim. This caused me additional frustration and raised serious concerns regarding whether my claim was being adequately investigated and presented on my behalf.Ultimately, I received approximately $16,000 in compensation in connection with my workers’ compensation claim. This amount is approximately $59,000 less than my former annual income and represents a substantial disparity between my pre-injury earning capacity and my post-injury circumstances.I am not asserting that the difference in annual income, by itself, establishes the amount of workers’ compensation benefits to which I was legally entitled. However, given the severity of my injury, the approximately two-year period during which I was unable to work, my inability to return to my former employment, my substantial loss of earning capacity, and my repeated requests for information regarding the value and handling of my claim, I believe the circumstances warrant a thorough review of whether my claim was properly evaluated and whether all available benefits and vocational rehabilitation rights were pursued.Of particular concern is a statement attributed to my attorney, Will, during the handling of my claim:“What do you want me to do about Shaun?”I believe this statement, when considered together with the circumstances described above, should be evaluated in the context of the attorney’s representation of me, the advice I received concerning my workers’ compensation rights, and the steps taken—or not taken—to protect my interests.I am requesting a complete review of my workers’ compensation file, including the settlement documents, medical records, impairment evaluations, vocational rehabilitation records, communications with the insurance carrier, communications with my attorney, and any documentation concerning my permanent restrictions and loss of earning capacity.My objective is to determine whether I received all benefits to which I was legally entitled and whether my claim was handled appropriately and in accordance with the duties owed to me as the client.
