Michael McClintock

PI Attorney

Michael joined Parrish DeVaughn after nearly three decades of experience handling high-stakes and complex trials with Oklahoma’s largest law firm, where he was a partner and served as the firm’s head of litigation for the Oklahoma City office.  Michael is an accomplished trial attorney who has handled hundreds of lawsuits across the country, consistently winning cases and achieving outstanding results for clients when they are facing the most challenging situations and in cases seeking hundreds of millions of dollars in damages.  He is known by his clients and adversaries alike as a hard-nosed trial attorney with a never give up attitude.  Michael’s achievements have earned him inclusion in “The Best Lawyers in America,” as well as Oklahoma Super Lawyers, where he is recognized as a one of the “Top 50 Oklahoma Lawyers.”

Michael brings a unique perspective to the courtroom, having worked early in his career for two federal judges, former Oklahoma Attorney General and Chief Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit Robert H. Henry, and Chief Judge of the United States District Court of the District of Montana, Judge Jack Shanstrom—experiences which provide him invaluable insights into the judicial decision-making process.  His success in the courtroom is also attributed to the discipline gained during his military service in the United States Navy as the Electronic Warfare Officer on the USS Joseph Hewes, FF-1078.
