Today we’re glad to present the Companion Animal Assistance Program with our $500 prize for their work in Oklahoma. This non-profit organization provides low-cost spay and neutering services for cats and dogs. They work with the Stillwater Animal Welfare which is part of the Stillwater Police Department along with local veterinarians to make sure needs are met.
